Didn't find that in the piece, Scott. Drugs (methamphetamine) were seized at a residence, which includes a charge of trafficking, and there was a lot about voter fraud in the alteration of federal documents (absentee ballots), but nothing I noticed regarding the actual sale/trade of drugs for votes.
