Where is the UN Resolution authorizing law enforcement to take action against John Muhammad? The UN Security Council has not granted the US permission to take unilateral action against John Muhammad.

How DARE the US take unilateral preemptive action against John Muhammad? Muhammad and his step son were sleeping peacefully. They were violating no laws when parked at the rest area. They were obviously no threat to anyone. Why couldn't law enforcement wait to make an arrest just AFTER Muhammad had struck agin, and then go after him as he made his getaway. That way we'd know for sure he was truly evil.

The US deserved the terror inspired by Muhammad BECAUSE the US Army trained Muhammad in the use of weapons and tactics. Now the USA will just have to live with what it created.
