A Response

Hi Lindy,

Comments interspersed:

SDAI in his youthful ignorance declares:

Thanks for the shot in the arm - I was feeling a bit "old".

>"Fortunately, most Americans see that when their children are being shot, their cities and government attacked - the "we deserve it" crowd is not a serious alternative."

Our children aren't being "shot" SDAI, but they are being run over, poorly educated, many don't have health insurance, and one out of every six goes to bed hungry every night because their parents are below the poverty level, etc. The only ones being "shot" are the ones who's father forgot to lock his gun up and let Johnny shoot his younger brother.

I was referring to the muslim snipers, a Jamaican citizen and a US citizen who shot a 13 year old and did not differentiate between young and old.

As for cities and governments being "attacked", please get a grip.
We've had ONE massive tragedy in the WTC last year that SHOULD have been prevented if our bloated, ineffective 30 billion dollar-a-year "intelligence agencies" had actually been doing their JOB. And why is our President actively blocking ANY investigation into these very same failures?

One attack? - more like one continuous attack. Hijackings, bombings, anthrax, car-bombs, shootings, etc.

WHY was perfectly traceable weapons grade anthrax sent to the leaders of the Democratic parties right after 9/11? And why (if our defenses are under control) has this perpetrator not been identified and caught?

Secret agent stuff is not always easy work and often the killer gets away. Look at the police looking for a "white sniper" - they pulled over the blue Caprice and the killers TEN times and because they were black - let them go. Any idiot could see the targets were not "militia-white guy" targets sought by "Billy-Bob" but were a cross section of America - making it a muslim terror related hit - which it was.

The "we deserve it" crowd are only interested and responsible American citizens who disagree with certain elements of our tax-payer funded government who seem to contribute to the never ending "war" by the very means of our "foreign policies" which are nothing more than MORE dollars in their conservative bank accounts.

Steal from the poor to give to the rich.
Take from the rich to stay in power.
We are becoming a military plutocracy.
Human lives are NOTHING.
They use words to stir the sleeping masses into a nationalistic frenzy.

Please....please, get a grip.

Part of the world is killing our men and women. Part of the world sees the only good Americans as dead Americans. The rest of the world, i.e. decadent and perverted Europe, where half the population are on drugs or use prostitutes, would join even more so in the US-bashing if their economies were not so dependant upon the US.

Child prostitution and slavery are fluorishing in Europe - and the US is looking the other way so as not to offend the "liberal" sensibilities of the pseudo-intelligentsia (who are the biggest customers!)

The severity of violence in these regions, including murder, has increased dramatically along with foreign gangs. In 1995, 5 Ukrainian women and their employer were found "hacked to pieces" in a suburb of Frankfurt in what police speculate was a dispute between rival prostitute trafficking networks.* Having some of my relatives in Frankfurt - I get to hear quite often just how bad things are getting.

Europe is in no position to lay any morals about us invading Iraq and removing another sadist. Europe has literally grown numb to sadism and violence though and simply exploits Iraq for oil money. "Blood for oil."

Look at Russia - where they conduct a struggling war against an enemy that should've been wiped out long ago. However the corruption and crime and graft and indolence that now exists in the Russian military as well as Moscow allows for a nightmarish and lingering Vietnam-esque conflict in Chechnya.

They also are in no position to shake a moral finger at us for invading Iraq to remove Saddam. Again, like France - they simply have economic reasons for being uncooperative.

No, the US is not loved anywhere in the world - the US is the illegal immigrant's desired cash-cow, the third worlds scapegoat and the industrialized nations more successful competition.

I don't give tiddly winks for a "coalition" - I don't give a tinkers da-n for what any of the other nations in the world think of us or "US imperialism". No nation has a better constitution, no nation places a higher value on liberty and freedom.

The rest of the world is falling apart. Europe is a the punchline of a dirty joke. Russia is a sad statement as to how far a superpower can fall if it lets the criminal become a class of their own and buy off the government. The middle east is in varying timewarps - from 1070AD to about 1980. With a penchant for chronic abuse of females.

Africa - well is Africa. Busily undoing any of the progress Dutch, French or Belgian settlers ever brought to the continent.

Indonesia and the far east are suffering under a drug epidemic of unprecedented proportions.

Yes, the world isn't fit to act as street cleaners for the US.

Bush gave the UN a chance - It's blown it. It's as irrelevant as its member nations are corrupt.

Point me out a nation where the wealthy are not calling the shots. If the US is a plutocracy, so is every other nation on earth.

The poor in the US are getting richer. poverty line America is obese - not wasting away.

The "chickenhawks" as a class are twice as smart as the liberals who decry their politics - they are the ones who are constantly pushing for modern weapons to take the casualties out of US engagements. They are the ones who can see the writing on the wall and watched in horror for 8 years as Clinton unilaterally urinated our military secrets away to China and the rest of the third world.

Yes, there is a new world order. Its the last gasps of decency in a decadent world which finds a torturing sadistic child killer the good guy and George Bush the bad guy.

I'm rooting for Bush - you know that. And moreover I'm rooting for policies which will bring some potential constructive future to the world. The end of the world is inevitable - but the USA and its love of freedom and liberty can give a few more generations at least a 50/50 chance at a decent life and opportunity for personal and spiritual growth. In my view, we will all live with the consequences of our actions (or inaction) in our future. From now on we choose battles wisely. Milosevic had no program for nukes or bioweapons. Saddam does. Milosevic was not an enemy of the US - Saddam is.

Go ahead and puke here's a bowser-bag they get a lot of use around here,

;-)
