I tracked down the original site, and the draft document. Looking it over, it seems to be primarily an outline without detail. I wonder if it's going to be the kind of constitution where the term "rights" describes our right to freedom from oppression by other people and governments, like ours is supposed to be; or the term "rights" describes material goodies that everybody gets regardless of who provides them, a socialist ideal.
Given the huge socialist influence in Europe, I'm not too optimistic.
