The CIA can buy a lot of info when corruption in Russia runs rampant and hard currency is needed to prop up Russian politicians, business leaders, ex-KGB agents, etc...so the CIA probably already knows more about what Russia sold to Sadam than Sadam does...

But then we have corrupt politicians of our own that are probably selling out the CIA...Nothing would surpise me anymore...
