I might agree -- depending upon which side you claim to be ridiculously posturing. I say its the "scientists" who argue the legality under the BWC is questionable. Untrue.
I liked this one, btw:

The same was stated regarding the fall of the World Trade Center. Well, the future of that event is today, and we're still at war against it. Not exactly the best time to stop researching the enemy's choice of weaponry.
