The Egyptian series is in extremely bad taste. The govt says it has nothing to do with it, though all programming is controlled by 'em. The creator of the series says it is a work of historical fiction, though even in the best possible light it has to be seen as race-baiting and perpetuating Anti-Jewish sentiment.**
