Saddam is formally introduced to 72 virgins. Oil companies invest billions of their money to rebuild and modernize Iraq's oil industry. Oil is sold, the Iraqi people make money, the oil companies (probably from many different nations) make money. What's the down side? It's not like the Iraqi people are seeing one bloody nickel from any of their oil production now.
