I've been watching that case
It is a lousy thing to do, another example of Beauruecrats making decisions without reguard for the end results. Or caring who it hurts.
There are so few WW II vets left, and not many more Korean Vets.
The promise was made, even the court agreed with that, but the court has no choice but follow legal precedence. The Supreme Court and set that precedence. I fervently hope they do.
