This army will not fight in the cities.
First, there would be casualties. That's something for which there is little stomach. (Note: In a just war, such as WWII or Korea, they are accepted by the population. Not so in the others.)
Second, there's nothing in the cities GWB - Cheney - Halliburton wants. They will physically "take" the oil fields, bomb the cities.
I think the city-warfare stuff is pap for the masses, to make GWB look like a military genius when he doesn't do that.
