The TeleGeography 2003 report has once again confirmed WorldCom's position as the No. 1 carrier of total outbound International traffic. At 18.4bn outgoing minutes, WorldCom far surpasses its nearest competitor, AT&T, at 12bn minutes.

According to this latest report, it seems that in an increasingly competitive and changing industry, WorldCom's position within European markets remains strong. Unlike its competitors, WorldCom consistently appears as one of the top alternatives to the incumbents in European countries.
