<With air travel becoming slower and expensive, it might be wise to consider upgrading tracks and going to express trains on as many routes as possible.

Europe has a fairly advanced rail system, and I would venture to say that everyone who feels that the train serves their needs sufficiently is probably already taking trains. This is particularly true now that there is a rail tunnel under the Channel. Those who need planes for time or other reasons already take the planes. But that's not good enough, is it? We have to force people to the mold we want them in.

This endless crusade against modern humanity is making me so tired.

First they come for the cars, now the planes. Eventually, the trains will become blights on nature too. I don't see this war against technology ending any time soon.

Might be wise to examine why there is so much hate in this world, and see what can be done to lessen that WHILE catching GUILTY people.

The letter written by bin Laden, or someone else who thinks like him, pretty much lays out why the hate is there. Now, I guess the ball's in our court. Convert to radical Islam or die. Or maybe defend ourselves.
