To be fair, I dare say more than a few capitalists and Republicans (overlap between these two groups is not as large as I would like) have gone to China to make speeches. There are a hell of a lot of potential customers over there.
And I challenge someone to find ANY entity in China you could give a speech to that is not somehow "communist-government-linked."
