Yes, you're right; it's waay out of control. And not only do I agree with you, but I agree with Bowser (hey bro). Arms proliferation is on the rise. Everyone is jumping on the bandwagon.
And can you blame them with Bush's constant words of WAR?
Muscling yourself around, and scrapping all previous treaties like they're toilet paper, is a sure fire way to lawlessness.
He's not setting a very good example.
