They could have REALLY shut down their nuclear program when they said they would, instead of lying in their teeth to dumbass Democratic Presidents who actually think a totalitarian dictatorship's word on an agreement means something, and kept the oil coming.
Boy, that was easy, wasn't it? Kind of like if Saddam had actually kept any of the agreements he signed up to, and gotten rid of sanctions.
Bush gets a lot of grief for not signing various agreements, while the thugs of the world wipe their asses with them every day of the week.
