From what i've heard, none of the terrorists are Iraqis. All are north Africans.
I don't recall iraqis been arrested in Europe for connection with terrorist groups.
And France appears to be the leading country in the EU, now. Also, France played a significant role to have the 1441 UN resolution unanimously adopted.
