That was a bad one: Made a lot of millionaires out of people like the Bush's didn't it! That's really got to stick in your craw.
Been dead since the Reagan Tax reform though. It was traded away for lower marginal tax rates (28% was the top rate for a year or two thanks to R.R. The Trickle down results set off the greatest economic explosion in history. More capital was made in the following 20 years than during the entire industrial revolution.)
To bad its all ancient history now.
