Its only the Hollywood Americans who are so concerned with what everybody thinks.

The Irony is that it is the Hollywood Americans that the Rest of the world see and the Hollywood Americans that the rest of the world Despise!

If the rest of the world knew "fly-over country" instead of the distorted picture as presented by the Hollywood elites, then they would really love America even while their envy would grow!

They would see just how hard Americans work every single day to achieve their greatness... meanwhile the hollywood elites attemt to suck the hardworking americans dry of every last ounce of blood, sweat, and earnings.

Hollywood thinks that flyover country is filled with white-trash, rasist, imbiciles...And thats how Americans are presented...Look at the Movie "The Monser's Ball" and you'll see what I mean...If that's how Hollywood views America, know wonder their so apologetic.
