It won't be easy cleaning up the middle echelons of corruption. This is where Russia ran into a lot of snags, and is still having trouble.
And I also agree that the farther they stay away from the World Bank, the better off they'll be.
President Bush's picture hangs in some Federal facilities, like post offices. Certainly not in private businesses, and certainly not to the extent that Saddam plasters his likeness all over the place.
