Farmers may prefer to breed specialized varieties for narrow economic purposes, but the most biologically viable strains, the ones most likely to survive random environmental change, are precisely those with the most varied gene pool.
In other words, the mulatto, the mixed blood, the half-breed, will beat the blonde Aryan faggot every time. Unless you're breeding for one specific characteristic, like max milk production, you're better off with the muggle-born.
