How the unsubstantiated charges by a person who was just arrested and is busy currying favor with officials could rise to the level of the President of the United States.

Of course officials had to look for them while substantiating the information.

And, does every little squeak and squeal get that much attention? Is that the farce which is "Homeland Security"? Can't those people discriminate, don't they have an ability to sift, gauge, judge?

Is there such a reason that unsubstantiated information of this quality demands the Presidents' attention and that of all the national media?

Maybe it's because without this "war" GWB is a sad figure presiding over an economy heading into the tank while he gives the treasury away to rich folks.

Maybe?? Maybe he needs the "war"?
