The taxation "carrot or stick" approach.
America is a "capitalist"
country, whether you like it or not.
Some hate the word, some love it.
And, let's face it! In a capitalist society, it is the R-I-C-H who have
the means to provide W-O-R-K to the unemployed.
When was the last time you heard
of a poorman hiring someone for full time employment?
It is the rich and upper middle-class in America's capitalistic society who
create MOST of the jobs on the job market...So what's wrong with trying
to encourage the wealthy to CREATE and OFFER more jobs to the unemployed?
And how do you encourage the wealthy
to create and offer more jobs to the unemployed?...By beating them over
the head with a bigger tax "stick"?...
Or do you try the tax-relief "carrot" instead?
