"No smoking gun." These are some of the same inspectors that gave Saddam a clean bill of health in 1990, and then discovered Saddam's nuclear program only after the Gulf War peeled away the pretense.
Does anyone still think a few dozen inspectors can declare an area the size of California "clean?"
