Smoking gun
If the team of inspectors has found no smoking gun,
and the US administration apparently knows there are WMD's, why not tell the UN inspectors where they are if it is so sure they exist?
BTW, "WMD" is a very vague term and open to all kinds of interpretations, which gives room to lots of international disagreement.
