Sounds like the same anti-religious rhetoric
I'm agnostic, but it does seem that attacks on religion are today's politically correct form of bigotry.
"Pass vouchers and they (substitute your own group to bash) might actually use them."
In the meantime, public schools are given a pass from accounting for all of the failures. "One size fits all" doesn't work any better for education than it does for clothing.
