that serve to enrich the estate lawyers and allow the truly wealthy to avoid paying estate taxes doesn't seem to bother you. The fact that ordinary people who own small businesses or farms can be wiped out by the inheritance tax doesn't seem to bother you. Take a farm with several hundred acres of land that happens to be located near a growing town. The value of that land can be in the millions, not to mention the value of the buildings and equipment. It can cost many thousands in legal fees to protect that farm from estate taxes. The same thing happens with small businesses that own equipment. They're asset rich but most often cash poor. Too bad, so sad, they're "rich" so their estate must be plundered to satisfy economic penis-envy class warriors like yourself.
There was a 1996 study that showed over 58% of minority owned businesses would not survive the death of the founder, but I guess that doesn't bother you, either. No, you'd rather use the force of government to take from "the rich" rather than allow people to hand down the results of their own hard work to their families. That is true greed on your part.
