The last I heard, North Korea produced approximatly 15 Scuds per month.
Iraq doesn't produce any Scuds if you believe the Iraqi declaration that was turned over in (so called) "compliance" with UN resolution 1441.
Of course the declaration as prepared by Iraq, was completely False and misleading, and as such, by definition it was in violation of UN Resolution 1441, which I might add, authorizes the use of force against Iraq should such a material breach of that binding resoution occur.
Which it has...Which is why troops are enroute to Iraq as I type...
