The Bush NK policy is an on-going thing as was Clinton's for 8 years.
I doubt that our NK relations will be as uneventful (unproductive) under Bush and I doubt that they should be.
It is going to be at least 2 and probably 6 years before history can start to judge Bush in the way that Clinton is judged but go ahead and get a head start if you like.
