If more Inspections are the key to disarming Iraq...
And the US military build-up is withdrawn (or we find out that the real build-up is in South Korea instead of the Middle East) will Sadam, believing that attack is no longer imminent simply kick the Inspectors out again?
How effective will the inspectors be once the threat of force is removed?
