How will Tom Dashel and the obstructionists in congress attack this?

Will they say: "You cant rob the Social Security fund for this pie-in-the sky program"

or: "This is a ploy designed to increase the price of oil" (I know its not logical...Its Dashel)

or: "I welcome the President's proposal to increase spending on fuel cell initiatives. The first place these funds should be used are on the AMTRAK, light rail, and mass transit programs that this President has ignored making us more dependant on big oil for our survival..."

or: "The President's failed energy policies have bankrupted our country and made us dependent on Middle Eastern oil. This plan will not solve that problem. We are all going to die because the Ozone layer is falling..."
