Africa is no longer colonial. It is run by Africans.
Mandella is African. It has been screwed up by Africans.....his people.
Money and wealth is not being sent to imperial exploitaton comapnies like East India or Dutch East Indies, etc.
Africa is not under the heel of imperial garrisions.
Africa is under the boot of Africans who are stealing, slaving, killing raping and looting......
Mandella's people who he backs and covers up for.
