1. Launch a first Strike against Teheran.
2. Nuke one of my own cities and blame it on the Isrealies.
3. Blame the US for the Teheran attack. Insist that the Iraqi Government is being framed by CIA and Mosad operatives who infiltrated scud missile command headquarters.
4. Launch remaining missiles at Isreal and American bases using newly found chemical and bacterialogical warheads.
5. Declare that Iraq is being attacked because of its attempts to build a Marxist/Leninist/Muhammedist utopia.
6. Formally ask Iran, Syria, and North Korea and China for support in battleing the Isrealie and American Demons
7. Call for moving the UN headquarters from New York to Paris. Because America is unfit for such an honor.
