Concern

Oh, I'm concerned allright. I'm duking it out with LarryJ and SDAI just a few threads down from here about the same thing.
Nuclear weapons of any sort should be illegal, not to mention they were built as DETERRENTS. So, everyone has them.....or enough of them to cause major concern worldwide.
And who do we thank for resurrecting our worst nightmares??

I worry about the people of Bagdad and I worry more about our thousands of troops who will be exposed to the fallout. The logistics of taking out Sadam are ENORMOUS because of the "unintended conseqences". We are dealing with a madman, so he'll be pulling out all the stops.
And once we get going, where will it all stop, and what if other countries step in and defy US?

There are already 160,000 Gulf War Vets on Disability Pensions because of the "fallout" from the enriched uranium we used, and all the stockpiles of this and that we blew up.
Not mention the disabilties from the anthrax vaccinations. I know Gulf War Vets suffering from major neurological damage just from that. It's knocked 10-15 years off their lives......and none of THEM want this war.
