Much more convincing to me are the opinions of CIA veterans. I didn't see your comment on that, nor on Ms. Noonan's remark that "Well, you don't develop chemical and biological weapons to establish world peace. You get them, you spend your treasure to get them, to use them, one way or another at one time or another."
Oh, but if we have them (or actually gave them to Saddam),or...well, that's different, I guess, eh?
