Moral and honest? I've seen better, and worse. Smart? Didn't look like it, did it? A scheming bastard who deliberately set out to screw the small stockholders knowing damn well the company was going to tank? Despite having that description tattooed on his forehead by the media and Democrats, it doesn't look like that's the case either.
