Granted, your sources (where you found the story) are generally reliable. Unfortunately, the original sources of this story are Col. Rashid Abu Shbak, The Palestinian Authority, and Yasser Arafat. Not exactly unbiased, or known for their truthfulness.

Interesting that the documentation provided by the Palestinian leadership is immediately accepted by the media, while the documents recovered in raids implicating them in terrorism are usually all assumed to be "fakes." Only Israel fakes evidence, I guess.
