Re: Dominique and Colin
De Villepin and Powell each made their speech at the UN, yeasterday.
While Dominique read his text, was lyrical and convincing, he got applauses (which is very rare at the UN). Colin didn't read anything, was also very convincing and passionate and was met with a great silence, at the end.
Two messages, two styles and also, I must add, two persons who like and respect each other.
What the article fails to mention is that France has had decades of terrorists attacks, bombing of subway stations, airplanes hijacked.
