Chirac is looking increasingly like a senile old man
Maybe he should schedule a trip to Iraq so he can get some face time with Sadam.
Since he is obviouly such a great diplomat, he could give Sadam a photo op or two and negotiate "peace in our time.
Wouldn't that unite the Europeans behind France? I know a lot of Democrats here in the US who would welcome the gesture...In fact, maybe Chirac could bring Tom Dashel along with him on his mission of diplomacy.
