Incidentally Saddam has moved some of his missiles into a position to strike Kuwait.
However, if you want the inside scoop - expect Saddam to bluster awhile about not needing to destroy the missiles and then concede at the deadline.
This will give him another chance at proving how he can stall and win the protesters affection globally. This way he can keep the focus away from his WMD and Blix and Annan and every leftist appeaser from LA to Berlin will say, "See he IS disarming!"
Saddam knows how to play fools. And unfortunately there is no shortage for him to delude.
