Numbers are moot. It all depends upon:
* what is reported
* what is not reported
* what is factually reported
* what is truthfully reported
* what is falsly reported
* what is incorrectly reported
* and others
Unlike scientific laws, human law is often tempered. The subject material abounds with such inconsistencies as:
* exception to the rule
* human factor
* pride
* prejudice
* and others
Regardless, it's all survivable. Just need a few military parents who are comfortable in their career choices to sit down and actually have a talk with their kids. They'd be amazed with the results.
