Interesting, Buck.
For a few minutes I also was seduced by the idea of trickling down effect of democracy, to the neighbouring countries.
But then: Morocco is becoming a democracy; Algeria isn't. Tunesia has a totally different regime from Lybia; those countries have common borders and have very different political goals.
I'm not convinced it's going to work.
