Linked from InstaPundit, here's one suggestion. Wax, or perhaps an epilady.* I've heard they're quite painful until you've used them a few times.
But that would be wrong, as would forcing him to watch reality TV. Some things are just too cruel.
* At Shemya, we had a Crew Chief named Butch who was a big, hairy bodybuilder. One day, his girlfriend tried to shave Butch's back with an epilady. They say you could hear his screams all over the building. One of our squadron members was a good cartoonist. He drew a caricature of Butch screaming with the caption, "Epilady, the only lady Butch can't handle."
