<They were ALL in on it.
The VCs, Banks, Entrepreneurs, Stockbrokers...EVERYBODY was in on the fix of the tech IPO stock fantasy scams.
Now it all has come crashing down like Robert Louis Stevenson's Block City. However, it is the epitome of naivete to believe that Enron was much worse than MANY other companies who to this day are going about business as usual and rewriting books and destroying records hoping that time will protect them from the scrutiny Enron and others were so unlucky to receive.
