The only way we can make sure the job gets done is to do it ourselves. We made a big mistake in Afghanstan by stepping back and letting local forces take on the terrorists in the mountains.

Also, if we do not control the process after the war, and before representative processes are set up, what will prevent some Saddam wannabe in the army from taking up where Saddam left off?
