Maybe Estrada could make campaign commercials for all the Spanish television channels where in he names the names of some key Senators who are holding up his nomination.

Why not campaign for Judgeships? Its obvious the Democrats are playing politics with the nomination.

The Democrats are betting the Senate on this. As the election nears, Estrada could personally take the Battle to them...And he could raise all sorts of interesting issues.

For example: Most Hispanics are Catholic and anti-abortion...The Democrats have made it clear that anyone from that perspective is unqualified to sit on the highest courts. So in a real sense, the Democrats are saying that Hispanics, as such, are unqualified to be high court judges...The Democrats by blocking Estrada are saying Hispanics can't be trusted when it comes to the abortion and similar issues.

This is a pure racist position, but that’s not surprising as the Democrats and their (usually veiled) racist tendencies have always walked hand in hand. The New York Draft Riots were a perfect example. The Democratic machine, played the Irish population off against the black population in New York City and as a result, as many as 100 innocent Blacks ended up at the end of a rope...And why did the Democrats do such a dastardly thing? To impede a Republican President's ability to fight and win a war.

Deja vu
