Hmm, the US has used 72 times the veto; France 18 times (4 times less); the champion being the Soviet union: 118 times.
I was wondering who thought a veto right was needed at the UN; turns out it wasn't Stalin but Roosevelt and Churchill.
Perhaps, if there isn't a veto anymore, Israel will have to comply much more quickly to the UN resolutions. After all, that was why the US used its veto rights, over the years.
