<Rebuild without UN

Knowing how slow the UN moves, the President has chosen a tactical proposal utilizing private contractors to rebuild.

This is that Golden Triangle bit I mentioned a long while back

1)Iraq
2)Israel

These states being democratic put the pressure on

3)Saudi Arabia

To enact reforms promoting democracy - for they will otherwise find lots of people leaving to live in Iraq.

This will change the whole middle east, like a chain reaction. Egypt, Jordan will fall into line quickly.

Palestine will finally be given its own state after they appoint a new prime minister.

It will strengthen the economies of all nations, open up a huge new window for western commerce and modernizing projects, etc.

France and Germany lose out bigtime at first as the initial jobs go to Americans - but eventually they will apologize for their actions and be allowed to conduct business in Iraq.
