Those against war with Sadam would have been against war with Hitler.
Its is only in hindsight of Hitlers attrocities that they can say: I was against Hitler.
But even in the Thirties and Early Forties, Hitler's Crimes against Humanity were unknown. Its only in hindsight that we can say we were fighting that type of evil in World War II...
We fought Hitler NOT KNOWING the true scope of evil that he was unleashing on Jews, Invalids, homosexuals, and others. At the time we though he was just another tyrant that, like the Kaiser before him, needed to be put in his place to stop aggression.
The only difference today is that we know about the crimes against humanity in advance.
Today we are faced with the same enemy as were were faced with in World War II: Facist Totalitarianism that is hell bend on expanding its reign terror through the aggressive use of force...
Sadam, given his way, would inflict his terror on the entire Middle East and beyond. Like Hitler, he cannot be appeased. and Like Hitler, he must be stopped.
Those who are against this war with Sadam, would have been against the war with Hilter.
It is undenyable.

AS I said below. A comarison of Sadam to Hitler is valid.
