Good point. Although I do not claim to be religious, I've found that some religious orgs are quite effective at geting the vast majority of the contributed aid to the intended folks. No matter what happens, the good people of Iraq are going to need some serious help. I cannot think of anything more constructive for US citizens to do in this scary situation.
