It reminds me of the nut case who tried to get at a B-52 in Ohio back in the 1970s. He was shot dead, and if he hadn't been shot, the SP would've been in big trouble.

"Use of deadly force is authorized" is standard around high priority military resources, and Vandenberg certainly qualifies.
